I have been bathing in the sunshine the last few sunny days we have had and I cannot tell you how much happier I am feeling! The weather is simply divine and I’ve found myself floating in an effervescent bubble. Ahh, Spring, make way for Summer darling! I am ready for a seemingly never-ending daylight. Let’s do this!

Talking of Summery days – I thought I would share with you my three favourite parks in and around London! We spent the weekend with the kids and bicycles in tow in the park and they simply love it. Pack a picnic and off you go – fun for everyone.

Black Park – Uxbridge

This park is absolutely delightful. You can cycle off the beaten track within the forest – and just submerge yourself in nature. This park has a beautiful lake and a great playground/cafe area too! Perfect for that rest stop after a day of activities. If you’re looking for some extra adventure it also has a Go Ape adventure experience – where you can try your hand at some zip-lining.

Hyde Park – Kensington

Hyde Park is an absolute delight to go to. With excellent cycle routes and plenty to see and do. You can even rent out pedalos and enjoy the serpentine.

Richmond Park – Richmond

Oh lovely Richmond! Perfect for some intermediate cycling, and maybe even a spot of deer watching. Perfect place for a picnic too! Not to mention, you are ever so close to the river – a cycle ride along the Thames is a must!

Love BWC xoxo
